Paste it into Google Calendar's "Add calendar" screen:
Access the calendar menu on your phone and hit the "sync" option to make the new calendar visible.
Option 2 — iCal link (any calendar app)
Copy this calendar link:

Use the "import from URL" option (or similar) in your own calendar app to import it.
Check if it syncs every 24 hours or you need to "sync" manually.
